The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I stored luggage with them for a couple nights WHILE I explored another city. The subway station was close. Several options for food and shopping were available.
Rooms were small and old. I WAS claustrophobic in there. The bed was not a bed but a mattress on a base. BARELY any space was available at the reception.

I found the location convenient. It's very close to the train station entrance (less than a block away). The staff were lovely and made my arrival smooth. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had all needed amenities. I also appreciated the availability of complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.
The room was quite small, made moving around with luggage slightly difficult.

The staff were very kind and provided excellent services, including laundry services through an external company and the team were always available to answer my questions, ensuring a smooth experience.
